NATURE EXPEDITIONS

The best kept secret of Costa Rica
Jaguar Coast Expeditions
The expedition that I want to invite you take place on the coasts of the north pacific of Costa Rica, specifically in Santa Rosa National Park, one of the last large patches of tropical dry forest in the world. It is a place where no men live, it’s a wild world, it’s a natural temple that keeps one of the last natural secrets of Tropical America. In the beaches Santa Rosa take place one of the most impressive and wonderful animal interaction of the plant that involves two mythical species (the jaguar and sea turtles).

Sea turtles go to the beaches of the park to breed and nest, over time the jaguars of the park have learned that sea turtles are an easy prey to catch when they are on the beach, therefore, on the Santa Rosa there is a high density of jaguars that patrol the beaches at night to prey on sea turtles. The above has led to the beaches of Santa Rosa being recognized as one of the few places in the Americas where there is a high and real chance of seeing jaguars in the wild conditions.

Our philosophy is simple, we take you on the best beaches, at the best time of the year, with the best local guides and with the best night vision technology so that you have the unique and unforgettable opportunity to see, photograph and admire the most imposing and beautiful animal of all America.
